Sydney barrier trial plans for New Zealand-bound sprinter Atomic Force remain unchanged.

Atomic Force has been confirmed to take his place in a rescheduled 800m trial at Warwick Farm on Thursday.

The 16 trials, which will also feature emerging star Rain Affair, were washed out on Tuesday.

“It doesn’t hurt us that much having to wait an extra few days to trial,” Dynamic Syndications boss Dean Watt said.

“If they are washed out again on Thursday then we have the Newcastle trials on Monday as a back-up.”

Snubbed by Hong Kong officials, Atomic Force has been kept in work for the Group One Railway Stakes at Ellerslie on January 1.

He has been booked to leave on an Auckland flight on December 21.

Atomic Force, winner of the Group One Galaxy during this year’s Sydney autumn carnival, was overlooked for an invitation to race in the Hong Kong International Sprint, run at Sha Tin on Sunday.

“Everything is in order for New Zealand and we are all looking forward to the trip,” Watt said.

Atomic Force will head to New Zealand as a last-start winner after lugging 59kg to win an 1100m welter at Canterbury on November 26.

Rain Affair will contest a separate trial as trainer Joe Pride prepares the exciting sprinter for an early 2012 return.

Stablemate Tiger Tees is also expected to trial instead of taking his place in the $100,000 Razor Sharp Handicap at Warwick Farm on Saturday.

Tiger Tees is one of four horses Pride has nominated for the Listed sprint.

After Razor Sharp entries were extended, only the Tamworth-trained Ollie Vollie was included in the nominations.
